Biography
Babak Tafti is an Iranian-American actor. He graduated from the Yale School of Drama and began his career in theatre, appearing in productions including Blood and Gifts at La Jolla Playhouse and the 2018 Shakespeare in the Park staging of Othello.
His television credits include recurring roles as Eduard Asgarov in Succession (2019), Emil Michael in Super Pumped (2022) and Bradford Luke in Billions (2023), as well as Sphinx in Legacies (2019–2021). Film roles include Malik in Terminator Salvation (2009), an Iraqi prisoner in In the Valley of Elah (2007) and Chris in The Feeling That the Time for Doing Something Has Passed (2023). He plays Ali in the 2026 film Crime 101.
