Biography
Ben Schnetzer is an American actor. He was born in New York City on 8 February 1990 to actors Stephen Schnetzer and Nancy Snyder. He trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.
Schnetzer's early screen work includes a guest role in Law & Order (2010) and a series regular part in Happy Town (2010). He appeared in The Book Thief (2013) as Max Vandenburg and received two British Independent Film Award nominations for his performance as Mark Ashton in Pride (2014). Other film roles include The Riot Club (2014), Warcraft (2016), Snowden (2016) and 7 Days in Entebbe (2018).
On television he has played Yorick Brown in Y: The Last Man (2021), young Mike Evans in 3 Body Problem (2024) and Van Davis in the series The Madison (2026).
