Biography

Bill Graham (born Wulf Wolodia Grajonca) was a German-born American concert promoter and actor. He appeared in several films, including as Charles "Lucky" Luciano in Bugsy (1991).

Graham had small acting roles in Apocalypse Now (1979) as an agent, The Doors (1991) as the New Haven promoter (which he also co-produced), Gardens of Stone (1987) as Don Brubaker, and The Cotton Club (1984) as J.W. He had long aspired to be a character actor.
