Biography
Billie Piper is an English actress and former singer. Born Leian Paul Piper on 22 September 1982 in Swindon, Wiltshire, she trained at the Sylvia Young Theatre School.
She first gained recognition as a pop singer in the late 1990s with number-one singles including "Because We Want To". Piper is known for playing Rose Tyler in the television series Doctor Who (2005–2006, with later appearances) and Isadora Capri in Wednesday (2022–). Other credits include Secret Diary of a Call Girl and the stage production Yerma, for which she received an Olivier Award.
