Biography
Bob Eisenhardt (born 14 June 1947) is an American film editor. He has worked primarily on documentary features and has credits on Free Solo (2018), Meru (2015), The Rescue (2021), Dixie Chicks: Shut Up and Sing (2006), Valentino: The Last Emperor (2008) and Scotty and the Secret History of Hollywood (2018).
Eisenhardt is an instructor in the documentary filmmaking department at the New York Film Academy. He has received two American Cinema Editors Eddie Awards for documentary editing, three Primetime Emmy Awards and an Academy Award nomination as director of the short film Spaces: The Architecture of Paul Rudolph (1983). He has also edited several other Academy Award-nominated documentaries.
