Biography
Brent Maddock is an American screenwriter, producer and director. He has frequently collaborated with writing partner S. S. Wilson.
Maddock's credits include the screenplays for Short Circuit (1986), batteries not included (1987), Tremors (1990) – on which he also served as producer – Heart and Souls (1993) and Wild Wild West (1999). He is a founding partner of Stampede Entertainment.
He made his directorial debut with Tremors 3: Back to Perfection (2001) and contributed to the development and writing of the Tremors television series (2003).
