Biography
Brian Turk (29 May 1970 – 13 September 2019) was an American film and television actor. He was best known for playing Gabriel, the carnival strongman, in the HBO series Carnivàle (2003–2005).
Turk began his screen career in 1993 with an appearance in the sitcom Step by Step. He went on to guest roles in series including Saved by the Bell: The New Class, Beverly Hills, 90210, Boy Meets World, ER, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Two and a Half Men and General Hospital, as well as films such as The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997), A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001), American Pie 2 (2001), Big Fat Liar (2002) and Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles (2001). He retired from acting in 2017 after appearing in NCIS.
