Biography
Buzz Kilman is an American actor and radio personality. Born on 19 August 1944 in Detroit, Michigan, he attended Coral Gables High School in Miami and the University of Miami.
A longtime friend of director Jonathan Demme, Kilman has appeared in small roles in several of Demme's films. These include the TV Newscaster in Something Wild (1986), a ruthless sniper in Married to the Mob (1988), an EMS driver in The Silence of the Lambs (1991), 'Crutches' in Philadelphia (1993), and the guy with the shades in The Manchurian Candidate (2004). He has also contributed to soundtracks and voiced a character in the 2003 television mini-series Mouse.
Kilman has worked extensively in Chicago radio, notably alongside Steve Dahl, and has performed blues music with groups including the Blues Rocket Scientists.
