Biography

Céline Sallette is a French actress. Born in Bordeaux on 25 April 1980, she graduated from the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris in 2006.

She is known for her roles in Marie Antoinette (2006), House of Pleasures (2011) as Clotilde, Rust and Bone (2012) as Louise, The Returned (2012) as Julie, and The Connection (2014). In 2012 she received a César Award nomination for Most Promising Actress for her performance in House of Tolerance. She was a member of the Un Certain Regard jury at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival.
