Biography
Chris G. Willingham was an American film and television editor. He began his career in the late 1970s and early 1980s, working on series such as B.J. and the Bear and The Greatest American Hero, and became a frequent collaborator with producer Stephen J. Cannell on shows including The A-Team.
Willingham is best known for editing more than 25 episodes of the Fox series 24 (2001–05), for which he received three Primetime Emmy Awards and additional nominations. His other credits include episodes of Grimm (2011–17), Yellowstone (2018) and Mr. Mercedes (2017), as well as the films Final Destination 3 (2006), Black Christmas (2006) and Dragonball Evolution (2009). He died on 28 June 2025 in Los Angeles.
