Biography
Terrence O'Hara was an American television director and actor. Born on 25 December 1945 in Newark, New Jersey, he began his career as an actor in the late 1970s, with appearances in series such as Ryan's Hope and Voyagers!, and films including Naked Vengeance (1985). He transitioned to directing in the late 1980s, making his debut with the film Darkroom (1988).
O'Hara directed numerous episodes of television series, including one episode of The X-Files (2001), multiple episodes of Smallville, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Angel, JAG, Heroes, Grimm, Sons of Anarchy, and The Blacklist. He directed 56 episodes of NCIS (2003–2022) and 29 episodes of NCIS: Los Angeles (2009–2022). He died on 5 December 2022 in Los Angeles, California.
He was married to actress Shanna Reed.
