Biography
Craig Lathrop is a Canadian production designer and art director. He began working in film in the late 1990s as an art director on titles including The Big Hit (1998) and The Boondock Saints (1999), later taking on production design roles from the mid-2000s.
Lathrop is best known for his long collaboration with director Robert Eggers, serving as production designer on all of Eggers’s feature films to date: The Witch (2015), The Lighthouse (2019), The Northman (2022) and Nosferatu (2024). He also designed Eileen (2023). For Nosferatu he received an Academy Award nomination for Best Production Design.
