Biography

Damian Jones is a British independent film producer. Born on 30 September 1964 in London, he founded DJ Films Ltd. and was co-founder of Dragon Pictures and Mission Pictures. His career, which began in the late 1980s, encompasses more than 40 feature films.

Jones has produced films including Gridlock'd (1997), Millions (2004), The History Boys (2006), The Iron Lady (2011), Belle (2013), The Lady in the Van (2015), Goodbye Christopher Robin (2017), See How They Run (2022), Allelujah (2022) and Rye Lane (2023). He has collaborated with directors such as Nicholas Hytner and Richard Eyre.

He received a BAFTA Award for his early short film The Candy Show (1989).
