Biography
Damon Tai is a British television editor and senior online editor. He began working in the industry at the age of 21 and joined The Farm in 2004, where he spent 18 years as both an online and offline editor on a wide range of entertainment and documentary projects.
Tai has collaborated extensively with Charlie Brooker, editing several of his Wipe specials, including the BAFTA-winning 2016 edition and the BAFTA-nominated Anti-Viral Wipe. His credits include Death to 2020 (2020), the Cunk on... series (2016–2024), Black Mirror, and Attack of the Hollywood Clichés! (2021). In 2022 he joined ENVY as a senior online editor.
He received a Primetime Emmy Award in 2025 for outstanding picture editing for variety programming as lead editor on Cunk on Life (2024), and has earned BAFTA and RTS nominations over the course of his career.
