Biography
Dave Krinsky is an American writer and producer. He began his career writing for National Lampoon alongside John Altschuler, with whom he has frequently collaborated. After working as assistant producers on the HBO series The High Life, they joined the writing staff of the animated series King of the Hill in 1997.
Krinsky and Altschuler worked on King of the Hill for 13 years and served as showrunners for its final seven seasons. In 2008 they formed Ternion Productions with Mike Judge. Krinsky co-created the HBO series Silicon Valley (2014) with Altschuler and Judge, and co-wrote the screenplay for the film Blades of Glory (2007). He has also co-created the series The Goode Family (2009) and Lopez (2016), and contributed to the 2011 revival of Beavis and Butt-Head.
Krinsky has received several Primetime Emmy nominations and shared an SXSW Film Award for his work on Silicon Valley.
