Biography
David Amann is an American television writer and producer. He joined the crew of The X-Files for its final four seasons after production relocated to Los Angeles, serving in producing roles including co-producer and supervising producer, and writing several episodes.
Following the series, he worked as a writer and producer on Crossing Jordan (2001), Without a Trace (2002), Castle (2009), FBI (2018) and other procedural dramas. His writing credits also include episodes of Chicago Hope (1994) and The Blacklist: Redemption (2017).
