Biography

David Brisbin is a production designer and art director whose credits include feature films from the late 1980s onwards.

He worked as production designer on Drugstore Cowboy (1989) and My Own Private Idaho (1991), both directed by Gus Van Sant. Subsequent films include The Exorcism of Emily Rose (2005), The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008), The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009), Sinister (2012), A Walk Among the Tombstones (2014), Race (2016), Operation Finale (2018), Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (2019) and Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die (2025). He has also contributed to television, including the miniseries Little Bird (2023).

Brisbin has received three wins and three nominations for his production design work.
