Erwin Stoff is an American film and television producer and talent manager. Born in Romania on 26 April 1951, he is the president and a founding partner of 3 Arts Entertainment in Beverly Hills.

Stoff is known for producing The Matrix (1999), Constantine (2005), I Am Legend (2007), Edge of Tomorrow (2014), Unbroken (2014), 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi (2016) and The Call of the Wild (2020). He has also served as executive producer on The Devil's Advocate (1997) and The Blind Side (2009). He has managed actors including Keanu Reeves for many years.
