Biography
David Helfand is a television editor and producer. He edited 40 episodes of the series Friends (1995–2001) and served as associate producer on 26 episodes (1996–1997). He has also edited episodes of Weeds (2005–2012) and Young Sheldon (2017–2024), later working as co-producer on the latter from 2019.
Helfand received three Primetime Emmy nominations for single-camera picture editing on comedy series, including nominations for Weeds and That '70s Show.
