Biography
Edie Ichioka is an American film editor. She is credited as Edie Bleiman on early work and has also used the names Edie Sei Ichioka and Edie S. Ichioka.
Her credits include editor on Toy Story 2 (1999), The Boxtrolls (2014), Wonder Park (2019), Over the Moon (2020) and Thelma the Unicorn (2024). Earlier roles encompass associate editor on The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) and assistant editor on The Godfather Part III (1990) and The English Patient (1996). She directed and edited the documentary Murch: Walter Murch on Editing (2007).
Ichioka is a member of the American Cinema Editors. She began her career in documentary filmmaking and sound departments.
