Biography
Elaine Tan is an English actress. She trained at the Sylvia Young Theatre School and graduated from the University of Exeter with a law degree, later completing the Legal Practice Certificate with Distinction.
She appeared in West End stage productions including the lead role of Liat in Trevor Nunn's production of South Pacific at the Royal National Theatre. Her screen credits include Starter for 10 (2006) as Lucy Chang, Inherent Vice (2014) as Xandra, Tully (2018) as Elyse, and television roles such as Tammy in Entourage (2011), Nagata in Doctor Who (2015), and Kelli Lin in Person of Interest (2014). She was nominated for Best Actress at the ECU European Independent Film Festival in 2006.
