Biography
Elizabeth Benjamin is an American television writer and producer. She began her career as a writer and story editor on Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2003–2005) and contributed as writer, executive story editor and later producer on Bones (2005–2009). She served as co-executive producer and writer on The Blacklist (2013).
A former modern dancer who performed for choreographers including Molissa Fenley, David Parsons and Twyla Tharp, Benjamin won an Edgar Allan Poe Award for Best Television Teleplay for the Law & Order: Criminal Intent episode "Want". Her later credits as writer and co-executive producer include 13 Reasons Why (2017), The Man in the High Castle (2015), Dead to Me (2019), The Flight Attendant (2020) and Bridgerton (2022).
