Biography
Elvis Costello is an English singer-songwriter and musician, also credited under his birth name Declan Patrick MacManus. Born in Paddington, London, on 25 August 1954, he adopted the stage name Elvis Costello in 1977.
Costello has released over thirty studio albums and is known for collaborations with his bands The Attractions and The Imposters. His film and television work includes composing the soundtrack for the 1991 Channel 4 series G.B.H. with Richard Harvey, as well as appearances as himself in series such as The Simpsons, Frasier, 30 Rock and Two and a Half Men.
