Biography
Emma Chambers (11 March 1964 – 21 February 2018) was an English actress. She trained at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art and began her career on the British stage in 1987, appearing in premieres of plays by Alan Ayckbourn.
Chambers was best known for playing Alice Tinker (later Horton) in the BBC sitcom The Vicar of Dibley (1994–2007), winning the British Comedy Award for Best Actress in 1998, and as Honey Thacker in the film Notting Hill (1999). She was married to actor Ian Dunn.
