Biography
Erykah Badu is an American actress and singer. She trained in theatre at Grambling State University before beginning her screen career.
Her acting credits include Blues Brothers 2000 (1998) as Queen Moussette, The Cider House Rules (1999) as Rose Rose, House of D (2004) as Lady/Bernadette, The Land (2016) as Turquoise, What Men Want (2019) as Sister, and The Piano Lesson (2024) as Lucille. She has also appeared in the television series Hand of God (2014–2015) as April.
