Biography
Francis Guinan (also credited as Francis V. Guinan) is an American actor. Born on 17 November 1951 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, he has worked in film, television and theatre.
He has been an ensemble member of the Steppenwolf Theatre Company since 1979 and appeared on Broadway in August: Osage County. On television he played Edgar Teller in the series Eerie, Indiana (1991) and has made guest appearances in series including Grey's Anatomy, CSI: Miami, That '70s Show and Chicago P.D..
His film roles include Rupert in Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997), FBI Assistant Director Noonan in Hannibal (2001), Father Garret in Constantine (2005) and Master Pakku in The Last Airbender (2010).
