Biography
Francis Lovehall is a Jamaican actor based in London. Born and raised in Jamaica, he graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in 2019.
Lovehall made his screen debut in 2020 as Reggie in Steve McQueen's Lovers Rock, part of the Small Axe anthology series. He appeared in Death on the Nile (2022) as Allerton McNaught and in an episode of His Dark Materials (2022) as Samuel. On stage, he performed in Red Pitch at the Bush Theatre in 2022 and received a nomination for Emerging Talent at the Evening Standard Theatre Awards.
Subsequent roles include Laurent in the BBC series Champion (2023), Lt. Wendell Pruitt in Masters of the Air (2024), Alec Munroe in A Thousand Blows (2025), and Raheem Sterling in the 2026 series Dear England. He has also appeared in Criminal Record (2024).
