Biography
Frank Harts is an American actor, also credited as Frank James Harts III. He was born on 30 May 1979 in Sterling, Illinois.
Harts trained at the Juilliard School. His stage work includes a Broadway appearance as George Murchison in the 2004 Tony Award-winning revival of A Raisin in the Sun.
On screen he is known for roles including Jim Farmer in Rustin (2023), JT Tarmel in the series Prodigal Son (2019–2021) and Colin in the 2025 mini-series The Beast in Me. He has also appeared in Salt (2010), Paterson (2016) and series such as The Blacklist, The Leftovers, Billions and FBI. Harts has been married to actress Shelley Thomas-Harts since 2011.
