Frederick Schmidt is a British actor born on 3 August 1984 in London. He began appearing in films in the early 2010s.

Schmidt is known for playing Zola Mitsopolis in Mission: Impossible – Fallout (2018) and Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One (2023). His other film roles include Officer Gentry in Starred Up (2013), Travis Cole in Angel Has Fallen (2019), and Sheriff Zeke in Brimstone (2016). On television, he has appeared as John Corben / Metallo in Supergirl (2016–2017), a pursuer in Taboo (2017), and Goo Goo Knox in The Alienist (2020).
