Biography
Garrett M. Brown (born 7 November 1948) is an American actor. Born in Michigan, he grew up in Connecticut and moved to New York City in 1972, where he worked as an orderly and waiter before taking acting classes.
He is best known for portraying John Whitsig in the television series Sisters (1991–1996). Brown also played Bob Russell in Uncle Buck (1989) and James Lizewski in Kick-Ass (2010) and Kick-Ass 2 (2013). He took the lead role in Hello, My Name Is Frank (2014), for which he received the Best Actor Award at the Manhattan Film Festival.
