Biography

Gary Dauberman is an American screenwriter, director and producer. He graduated from Temple University with a degree in Film and Media Studies in 2001, after earlier studies at Delaware County Community College.

He is known for his work on several films in The Conjuring Universe, including writing Annabelle (2014), Annabelle: Creation (2017) and The Nun (2018), and for directing and writing Annabelle Comes Home (2019). Dauberman wrote the screenplay for It (2017) and It Chapter Two (2019). He has also directed 'Salem's Lot (2024) and written Until Dawn (2025).

His recent credits include producing Passenger (2026) and providing the story for Street Fighter (2026).
