Biography
George Nolfi is an American screenwriter, director and producer. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in public policy and studied at Oxford University on a Marshall Scholarship before entering the PhD programme in political science at UCLA.
While at UCLA he sold his first spec script in 1997 and left to pursue screenwriting. His first screen credit was for the 2003 film Timeline. He wrote Ocean's Twelve (2004), co-wrote The Bourne Ultimatum (2007) and made his directorial debut with The Adjustment Bureau (2011), which he also wrote. Later directing credits include The Banker (2020) and Elevation (2024). He created the 2015 television series Allegiance.
