Biography
Grant Montgomery is a Scottish production designer. He has worked extensively in film and television, with credits including the series Peaky Blinders (2013–2014) and Dept. Q (2025), and the films Tolkien (2019), Ghost Stories (2017), The Limehouse Golem (2016), The Secret Garden (2020), The Wonder (2022) and Last Breath (2025).
Montgomery received the Royal Television Society Award for Best Production Design for The Crimson Petal and the White (2011) and was nominated for BAFTA awards for his work on Peaky Blinders. He received a British Independent Film Award nomination for The Wonder (2022). He has also designed Sanditon (2019), Gunpowder (2017) and Birdsong (2012), and lectures on production design at universities in the UK and Ireland.
