Biography

Helene Stanley (born Dolores Diane Freymouth, 17 July 1929 – 27 December 1990) was an American actress and model. She made her film debut at the age of 14 under the name Dolores Diane and later used the stage name Helene Stanley after signing with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer in 1946.

Her live-action credits include uncredited roles in All the King's Men (1949) and The Asphalt Jungle (1950), and the part of Polly Crockett in Davy Crockett, King of the Wild Frontier (1955). She is best known for providing live-action reference for the Disney animated features Cinderella (1950), Sleeping Beauty (1959) and One Hundred and One Dalmatians (1961).
