Biography
Howard Kaplan is a film and television producer. He has credits as producer on Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter 1 (2024) and Odd Thomas (2013), and as executive producer on The Good Shepherd (2006) and Anon (2018).
Kaplan is a partner at Territory Pictures and has collaborated with Kevin Costner on the Horizon project and related television productions, including Kevin Costner's the West (2025) as executive producer and The Gray House (2024–2026) as producer.
