Biography
Jon Baird is a writer and producer. He co-wrote the screenplay for the epic Western Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter 1 (2024) with Kevin Costner, from a story by Baird, Costner and Mark Kasdan. He also received a writing credit on Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter 2 (2024).
Baird is the author of the novels Day Job and Songs from Nowhere Near the Heart. He co-authored the illustrated novel The Explorers Guild, Volume One with Kevin Costner. He has worked as an executive producer on the television series National Parks (2022).
