Biography
Hunter Parrish is an American actor and singer. He was born on 13 May 1987 in Richmond, Virginia.
Parrish is known for playing Silas Botwin in the Showtime series Weeds (2005–2012). His film credits include Freedom Writers (2007), RV (2006), 17 Again (2009), It's Complicated (2009) and Still Alice (2014). He has also appeared in television series such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Ratched (2020) and This Is Us (2016).
On stage, Parrish has performed in Broadway productions including Spring Awakening as Melchior and the 2011 revival of Godspell as Jesus. He plays the younger version of Benton Wesley in the series Scarpetta (2026).
