Biography
I.M. Hobson was an American actor. He was born on 12 August 1935 in Clifton, Illinois, and died on 29 December 2003 in Evanston, Wyoming.
His film credits include Derek in Barton Fink (1991), Drake in Annie (1982), Hobbs in Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992), a board member in The Hudsucker Proxy (1994), and roles in Newsies (1992) and Memoirs of an Invisible Man (1992). Television appearances include episodes of Seinfeld, Saved by the Bell and Night Court.
Hobson appeared in many Broadway and regional theatre productions, including the original cast of Amadeus. He was often cast in roles such as butlers, clergy and other authority figures.
