Biography
J.C. Quinn (1940–2004) was an American actor. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he studied acting in New York City and spent seventeen years working in the theatre before moving to Hollywood.
He appeared in numerous films and television series, often in supporting roles. His credits include The Abyss (1989) as Arliss 'Sonny' Dawson, Days of Thunder (1990) as Waddell, Turner & Hooch (1989) as Walter Boyett, Heartbreak Ridge (1986) and Maximum Overdrive (1986). He also had guest roles in series such as Quantum Leap, Cheers, Miami Vice and Dawson's Creek. Quinn died in a car crash in Mexico.
