Biography
J.D. Williams, also credited as Darnell Williams, is an American actor. He was born on 22 May 1978 in Newark, New Jersey, and attended Newark Arts High School.
Williams is known for his television roles as inmate Kenny Wangler in the first four seasons of Oz (1997–2000) and as Preston "Bodie" Broadus in The Wire (2002–2006). He has also appeared in episodes of The Sopranos (1999), The Good Wife (2010–2015) and Saints & Sinners (2016–2022), and in the film Pootie Tang (2001).
