Biography

Jackson Rathbone, born Monroe Jackson Rathbone V on 14 December 1984 in Singapore, is an American actor, singer and musician. He grew up in several countries before settling in Texas and trained at the Interlochen Center for the Arts.

Rathbone is best known for playing Jasper Hale in the Twilight film series (2008–2012) and Sokka in The Last Airbender (2010). He has also appeared in television series including Criminal Minds and White Collar.

Between 2008 and 2012 he was the vocalist and multi-instrumentalist in the funk rock band 100 Monkeys.
