Biography
Jacob Secher Schulsinger is a Danish film editor and director. He graduated from the National Film School of Denmark as a film editor in 2009.
Schulsinger has edited films including Play (2011), Force Majeure (2014), The Square (2017), The House That Jack Built (2018), Triangle of Sadness (2022) and Problemista (2023), and series including Big Little Lies and The Kingdom. He also edited Crime 101 (2026).
His directorial debut, the short documentary Fini (2010), won a Danish Academy Award and several international awards. He co-directed the feature Matar Extraños (2013) with Nicolás Pereda, which premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival.
