Biography
Jake McLaughlin is an American actor. Born Jacob Adam McLaughlin on 7 October 1982 in Paradise, California, he served in the United States Army from 2002 to 2006, including during the Iraq War as a member of the 3rd Infantry Division.
After leaving the military, McLaughlin began acting. He made his feature film debut as Specialist Gordon Bonner in In the Valley of Elah (2007). He appeared in Warrior (2011) as Mark Bradford, Safe House (2012) as Miller, and Savages (2012) as Doc. On television, he has played roles including Aaron Karev on Grey's Anatomy, Ryan Booth on Quantico (2015–2018), and Michael Ormewood on Will Trent (2023–present). He also starred as Tate on the series Believe (2014).
