Biography

James Madio is an American actor. Born on 22 November 1975 in the Bronx, New York City, he began his career as a teenager.

His early film roles include Don't Ask in Steven Spielberg's Hook (1991) and appearances in Hero (1992) and The Basketball Diaries (1995). He had a regular role as Bobby Lazzerini in the series USA High and portrayed Technician Fourth Grade Frank J. Perconte in the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers (2001). For the latter, Madio contacted the real-life Perconte to research the character.

Madio has since appeared in guest roles on series such as CSI: Miami, Castle and The Penguin, as well as in voice work and independent films.
