Biography
Jamieson Shaw is an Australian composer, music editor and producer. He composed the original score for the documentary Time (2020), directed by Garrett Bradley.
He has worked extensively in both film and recording industries, often in collaboration with composer Elliott Wheeler. His credits include music editing and production roles on Baz Luhrmann projects such as The Get Down (2016) and Elvis (2022), as well as Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga (2024) and A Minecraft Movie (2025). Shaw won two Golden Reel awards for his work on The Get Down.
Originally from Newcastle, New South Wales, he divides his time between Los Angeles, New York and Australia.
