Biography
Jay Hernandez is an American actor. He began his career with a role in the television series Hang Time (1998–2000) and made his film debut opposite Kirsten Dunst in Crazy/Beautiful (2001). Subsequent credits include Friday Night Lights (2004), Hostel (2005) and its sequel, Bad Moms (2016) and A Bad Moms Christmas (2017), Suicide Squad (2016) as Chato Santana / El Diablo, and Bright (2017).
From 2018 to 2024 he portrayed Thomas Magnum in the CBS reboot of Magnum P.I.. He also provides the voice of Bonnie’s Dad in Toy Story 4 (2019) and Toy Story 5 (2026). Hernandez is married to actress Daniella Deutscher.
