Biography
Jeremy Doner is an American screenwriter. He was born in Detroit, Michigan, and grew up partly in the nearby village of Franklin before moving to New York City at the age of nine. He graduated magna cum laude from university in 1994 and completed the screenwriting programme at the American Film Institute in 1996.
Doner’s first feature credit was the 1997 television film Legend of the Lost Tomb. He later wrote episodes of the legal drama series Damages (2007–2010), for which the writing team received a Writers Guild of America nomination. His other credits include episodes of The Killing (2011–2012), the films Heartbreaker (2010) and Elvis (2022), and HOUBA! On the Trail of the Marsupilami (2012).
