Biography
Jessica Brown Findlay is an English actress. She is known for playing Lady Sybil Crawley in the ITV series Downton Abbey (2010–2012).
She trained with the National Youth Ballet and the Associates of the Royal Ballet before an ankle injury ended her dance career. She then studied acting and made her screen debut in the short film Man on a Motorcycle (2009) and the feature Albatross (2011). Other credits include episodes of Misfits (2009) and Black Mirror (2011), and films such as Winter's Tale (2014), Victor Frankenstein (2015) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018). She has also appeared in Harlots (2017–2019) and Silo (2023).
