Biography
Jim Prior is a film and television editor. He began his career in the 1980s as an assistant editor on feature films including Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986), Planes, Trains and Automobiles (1987) and The Lost Boys (1987).
He progressed to editing credits on Dying Young (1991), The Babysitter (1995) and Hellraiser: Bloodline (1996). Prior was one of the principal editors on the television series Xena: Warrior Princess (1995–2000), responsible for 56 episodes.
