Biography
Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson is an Icelandic actor. He was born on 26 February 1980 in Hafnarfjörður and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Iceland Academy of the Arts in 2005. He was a resident artist at the National Theatre of Iceland and began appearing in Icelandic films and television from 2008.
His international credits include Lem Lemoncloak in the sixth season of Game of Thrones (2016), Yuri Bakhtin in Atomic Blonde (2017), Tau in Alpha (2018), Olaf Haraldsson in Vikings: Valhalla (2022–2023) and Oskar Guðjohnsen in Succession (2023). He played Copperhead in Captain America: Brave New World (2025) and appears as Fisto in Masters of the Universe (2026).
